Project Description

A proficient Info-Polus’ team of three, featuring middle and senior developers, joined the development of the GIS platform.They played a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous enhancement and maintenance of the project’s post-launch.

A Norwegian startup that develops the platform, empowering energy developers with informed decision-making capabilities during the crucial initial screening phase of renewable energy projects.

Challenge

Enernite approached Info-Polus to reinforce its in-house development team with additional resources and GIS expertise to develop a platform. The Client had a prototype of its application done, but the relations in the PostGIS database were weak. Thus the new database structure needed to support CRUD of both user-data and geo-data. The project required close collaboration with the Client's team and clear adherence to project deadlines and budgets.

In response to the Client's requirements and challenges, Info-Polus implemented a comprehensive set of solutions aimed at delivering a robust and effective data-driven platform for geospatial data exploration, analysis, and sharing.
