Project Description

Supply of a dedicated team of engineers, designers and managers. This team was able to take over the project in a short timeframe, propose changes, implement them and provide further support for the platform's operation. Integration of Wix and Google Workspace within one platform and automation of some activities.

Client info

Swiss technology company developing an all-in-one website management platform for SMBs with built-in corporate business features such as email, calendar, tasks, appointments, etc.

Challenge

The Client was in need of a development team to perform the tasks of software maintenance and improvement at the post-launch stage. It was required to integrate various tools and services into the platform, as well as to improve its interface for efficient workflow management and user experience.

Business requirements:

Enhance the platform’s interface;
Provide software maintenance services, including library version updates and bug fixes.

Solution

In addition to redesigning the platform interface, it was proposed to automate a number of actions on the Wix platform and Google Workspace services. This includes the ability to quickly configure corporate email settings for selected domains and manage users and groups.

The following was done

Automated domain purchases and interactions via the Wix platform were implemented;
Google Workspace automations were added;
The libraries in use were updated without platform crashes or user inconvenience;
The platform's interface was redesigned in order to improve UX and to support new features.
